The air conditioner struggled to cool down the bedroom. Breakfast was chaotic-tables weren't cleared, we had to hunt for our own seating, and food ran out with only one person managing the crowd-definitely not equipped for the number of guests. The bathroom needed attention. Towel holders were loose and fell off the wall.

Valley, and the staff make an effort to assist you, evident when Tommaso personally drove us to the gas station. The wellness center is fantastic, although the menu could better accommodate vegetarians. It's a lovely escape in Tuscany.

Positive, Fine valley views from the terrace. Loved the clean, spacious Junior Suite with a great layout. Staff go above and beyond. Tommaso even drove us to a gas station himself. The hotel is beautiful, with fantastic wellness facilities and an inviting pool.

The air conditioning didn't reach the bedroom. Breakfast was chaos, with food running out and nowhere to sit! I almost thought it could be great, but surprise, no one even offered a complimentary gesture for all these inconveniences. I wish. Really!

The valley views from the terrace were lovely and added a serene element to our stay. Our room was impeccably clean and provided a comfortable space to unwind. The staff were pretty good when one of them drove us to a nearby gas station, showing their commitment to customer service. I enjoyed the pool area . It was well-maintained and inviting.

Breakfast lacked organization, quite chaotic every morning.

We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the availability of parking. The swimming pool was a definite plus, with enough sun chairs for everyone.

There were some downsides to our experience. the kitchen was small and lacked cooking facilities.

Fantastic pool overlooking hills. Great location near medieval town. Good base for exploring Tuscany. Beautiful and large rooms. Good breakfast. Clean and well-maintained. Ample sun chairs by the pool. Not crowded by the pool.
